Dominic Jackson Arrived United States

Dominic Jackson is an 18 year old Liberian citizen who reunited with his mother and siblings after 15 years of separation. Dominic last saw his mother when he was 3 years old after his mother emigrated to the United States in search of a better life. In 2008, Dominic's mother filed a family based petition for him when he was 7 years old. His case was delayed and eventually abandoned by the U.S. consulate in Liberia. Dominic's mother was frustrated because she could not get help from her previous lawyers. She was referred to our firm in January 2022 after hiring three other lawyers who basically told her there was nothing she could do. We took up Dominic's case and fought hard against the U.S. consulate in Monrovia, Liberia. Finally, in May 2022, we won the case against all odds and Dominic received an immigrant visa. Dominic arrived the United States on June 15, 2022.
